The American Institute Scholarship for Injured Service Members/Spouses

What is it?

Two $1000 scholarships are available each year for severely injured service members and their spouses to use in their academic pursuits at the American Institute for Paralegal Studies, Inc.

Who is eligible?

Any service member who has been severely injured while in the line of duty as well as his/her spouse is eligible for this scholarship.

How and when should you apply?

Complete the Scholarship Application Form and FAX to 630-916-6694.

The Institute enrolls monthly. Therefore, scholarship applications should be submitted at least 30 days prior to the requested start date.

Scholarship recipients will be notified within two weeks of application.

What are the selection criteria?

Scholarship recipients shall be selected on a first come, first served basis. Financial need does not need to be demonstrated. The applicant, however, must meet all of the other entrance requirements for the Institute and submit an enrollment deposit in accordance with the intended payment plan. Kindly note that all scholarships are forfeited in the event of student withdrawal.
